Adolfo Vial
Executive with more than 30 years of experience in senior management positions in the financial, commercial and risk areas in major international banks. He has been responsible for project management; risk and control tools; implementation of commercial policies and plans. He has extensive skills in the formation and leadership of specialized work teams, accumulating relevant experience in the management of different teams and interdisciplinary committees, both local and international.
He was General Manager of ABN AMRO Bank, The Royal Bank of Scotland in Chile and member of the board of directors of several companies related to the ABN AMRO group and The Royal Bank of Scotland in Chile.
Additionally, he was Chairman of the Supervisory Committee of two Investment Funds of Proaval Chile S.A.G.R.; Chairman of the Audit and Operational Risk Committee of Drake Capital and Chairman of the Board of Administradora Drake S.A.
He is currently a Director of Banpro Factoring S.A. and a member of the Risk Committee of Activa Spa de Larraín Vial.
