Jorge Waidele
Commercial Engineer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica, he held executive positions in retail banking between 1991 and 2002. He held the positions of Sales Manager of Bancosorno, Commercial Manager of Financiera Atlas and Manager of the Personal Segment of Banco Santander.
He taught the Leadership elective course for undergraduate students at the School of Management of the Catholic University between 2001 and 2005. He was a regular columnist for the newspaper La Segunda (under the initiative of Generación Empresarial) between 1998 and 2007.
He collaborated closely with the start (2012) of the Mentoring Program (A Service of Experience) for final year students of the School of Management of Universidad Católica. This initiative is fully in force and has become a virtuous bridge from alumni to new professionals.
He founded Gestión y Desarrollo Consultores in December 2009.
