Lawyer and Law Degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Postgraduate in Business Administration (D.P.A.), Universidad Adolfo Ibañez.

Professional with extensive experience in the mining, oil, forestry, salmon and pharmaceutical industries. He has held positions as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Salmon Chile, Latitud 90 and Acción Empresas; as Director of Shell Chile, Shell Forestal, Monte Aguila, Transparency International, América Solidaria and Casa de la Paz; as General Manager of Consejo Minero and management positions such as Legal and Corporate Affairs at Shell Chile, Manager of Tax Planning South America for BHP Billiton and Director of Government Affairs at Abbott for Chile and Peru.

He specializes in three key disciplines: business strategy, corporate legal affairs and sustainability strategies, which combined add value, allowing him to assume the role of strategic advisor and/or independent Director of companies, which in addition to being profitable, seek to be sustainable and reliable.
